Homesteads and Homeschools

Feb 18, 2020

Jenni Harris came on for episode 56 to talk about regenerative agriculture and making that transition at White Oak Pasture. Jenni is a fifth generation farmer at White Oak Pastures, and witnessed the transition from traditional industrialized cattle ranching to a more wholistic regenerative practice, that has seen massive growth both in output and variety. We discussed the reasoning behind the transition, and how they have added to and grown their farm to a nationally distributed product with zero waste left behind at the farm.
